Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and agreement shared at purchase or renewal. GoCracks Premium is offered as an annual subscription with a free trial where applicable.
Intellectual Property
GoCracks branding, software, and website content remain our property or that of our licensors. Your shop content and product data remain yours.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCracks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or platform. Service availability targets may be defined in separate commercial agreements.
